Senior Scientist at the Wuppertal Institute
Prof. Dr. Philipp Schepelmann is senior scientist at the Wuppertal Institute. He holds a PhD in environmental planning (Dr.-Ing.) and is associated professor in the department of political science at Wuppertal University. Philipp manages research and consultancy activities for non-governmental organisations as well as national and European institutions, such as the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Environment Agency. His research interests cover evidence-based policy-advice and transition management in multi-level governance systems.
